Breakfast of Champions

There's nothing like a Green Smoothie to start your day off right:

1 ½ cups pomegranate juice
1 cup of frozen fruit
3 oz avocado
1 banana
½ squeezed lime
Any other fresh fruit I can find (cherries, strawberries, grapes, etc.)
6-8 oz of spinach

He drinks about 6 oz per day and loves it (or at least he tells me he does). It's nice to know we're at least putting something healthy in his body… Unless you're counting the French Fries and ketchup as fruits and vegetables :-)
